Since Jan. 1, Group Health has experienced a large number of new sales and business renewals. This increase in enrollment has created a volume of work to onboard new members as soon as possible. To that end, we’re making every effort to quickly process all enrollees, including daily huddles to ensure all teams are aware of process updates and current business needs. Our teams are working hard to get this work done, and have placed a special focus on making sure those who need to seek treatment will be able to do so.
